If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items. You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here. If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the policy listed below.
Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit ONLY, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund. If you choose to not Seel Return Assurance, your order may only be returned for store credit.
Returns must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date received. We will only issue a return label if it’s an error on our part. Stating (you can not fit the item or do not like the item) is not a valid reason for a return label. Customer is responsible for the return cost if the item is unliked or can not be fit. The Slay Brand will not accept any returns after 5 days.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all TSB product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package and we send a return label. Please note the exchange needs to be returned to the slay brand within 5 business days.
If you believe any items are missing from your order please contact us right away so that we can replace it. If the merchandise is out of stock a store credit will be issued at that time. **This excludes all custom items **
